With the SOS phone app from RescuePhone you will always have a panic button and your important data at hand in case of an emergency. You have a direct line with Rescuephone’s ultramodern control room through an emergency credit. When the alarm is activated it will automatically send your smart phone location and if necessary a situation photo to the Rescuephone control room. This is a unique system and not possible through 112.
 
Because your location is instantly visible in the control room the Rescuephone dispatcher will always send the right emergency services to you directly, without even (if necessary) speaking to you. An efficient solution since many callers automatically panic and are therefore unable to communicate or explain what is happening. The Rescuephone control room is a PAC certified control room and is designed to receive detailed emergency information rapidly, therefore able to designate operational services. The Rescuephone control Room offers 24/7 assistance by professional security officers.
Rescuephone’s SOS App contains:
1)   - ICE – In Case Of Emergency
This part of the Rescuephone App has standard the ICE function (in case of emergency). This service allows you to put your most important medical and contact information under ICE, data that could be crucial if you are no longer able to respond. Emergency services can then, via the App on your device, see your medical records and assess who should be contacted.
 2)   -  Control Room Service
The control room service of the Rescuephone App provides, besides the ICE functionality, the possibility to purchase Bronze, Silver or Gold emergency credits so that you can contact and speak to the control room. In addition to telephone contact with the dispatcher the Rescuephone App sends all ICE data and your GPS location to the control room which enables them to send the appropriate service to the right place.
3)   -  Situation Foto Service
This extra feature provides the option to send automaticly an emergency situation foto along to the control room and 2 extra e-mail adresses of jour choise.

RescuePhone services allows you to contact the Rescuephone control room either 1, 5, or 12 times. 
•      Bronze € 0.79  - 1 x contact with the Rescuephone control room
•      Silver   €  3.99  - 5 x contact with the Rescuephone control room
•      Gold    €  7.99  - 12 x contact with the Rescuephone control room
 
The Rescuephone App uses positioning technology to determine your location through GPS, GSM or Wifi to determine your exact location using integrating maps. Rescuephone dispatchers then give detailed and certified information to the emergency centers even if you do not know your own location.
Who can use the Rescuephone App? Everybody; young,  old, sick or healthy.
 

 
Note:
Place the Rescuephone SOS phone App on the homescreen of your smartphone to have the SOS button always within reach.
 
Rescuephone App is a new App for which you have to register once. Even if you are using only the ICE function, you must register once to create your medical profile. 
 
Verify after installing the Rescuephone App that the Rescuephone App is checked and configured in your settings.
